Monitoring CPU/RAM Utilization On Tested Servers

Hi, George,
From the online document : http://support.stresstimulus.com/display/doc47/Define+Machine
If I want to monitor the CPU percentage, RAM utilization of the tested servers ( Windows/Linux systems ), I have to install the "PerMon agent" into the tested servers ? and also the server credentials ( administrator level ) ?
