CRM Error when recording

Hi,
SS Version 5.1 and 5.2.
I am observing the attached CRM error when trying to record a new case. I have tried the following:
- Double-checked the certificate is in the "Trusted Root Certification Authorities"
- I also removed it and adding it back in
- Recording in Private mode and non-private mode
Is there anything else I can try?

Hi,
According to your screenshot, the error came from your server. First, check that your CRM application works without StresStimulus recording. If this is the case then try recording your CRM with StresStimulus Fiddler addon. For further troubleshooting contact your StresStimulus support rep.
