Where can I find the error detail from the test results?

I'm so excited with my first successful stress test. I have 4 errors, but I'm unable to find the detail of it. It's an error of sql, network or something else. How do I get the detail?
Enhancement request: is there a way to upload IIS log for load test? The IIS log records the true web traffic usage.
