version checking and update issue

***Resolved in v.0.9***
For Pro version, it seems when the StresStimulus tab is clicked in Fiddler, it attempts to connect to Internet for checking version and then prompt for download/update if needed.
This is a good feature however creates difficulty for installation in environment without direct Internet access or with the proxy that filters out the file downloads.
