VU browser cache support

I could still see calls being made to static contents, which are configured to be cached in respective request. There is hardly any difference between Enabling/Disabling VU browser cache support.

It should be 0 (as shown below) . 0% means every VU will have primed cache and will not request cached resources. For VUs which are new, caching will not work on the first iteration because for them, StresStimulus emulates empty cash.
