Can the tool control virtual CPU and RAM on the client machine?
For example, can it adjust the amount of virtual RAM that the client machine is running on, or is the tool hardware specific?

StresStimulus is designed independently from any virtualization platform and therefore does not have specific abilities to increase system resources.
However, if you use a virtualization platform with dynamic resources (i.e. Hyper V with dynamic memory), StresStimulus will behave the same as other applications that receive more RAM when necessary.
