V2.0/UPDATE #3: Destributed testing and more

The third major update of the v2.0, released today, includes:
- Distributed testing;
- Form field and header extractors;
- Parameterizing URLs;
- More granular test verification and error reporting;
- More test case mixing models;
- Moving/Cloning validators;
Several bugs reported by the Community on the forum and privately, were fixed as well.
