I'd like to know how I can set a test with 100 VUs with different credentials. I'm trying to use data sets but it seems that login is always with the same user.

Are you using server authentication (like NTLM or Kerberos) or form/application authentication? See http://support.stresstimulus.com/display/doc47/_Authentication to determine what kind you are using and how to parameterize login credentials.
