URL Parameterization

Hi Team,
I tried to replace my application url using parameterization. In Header section of any request, the url is there in below three sections and when i replace the url, it is not replacing in all the 3 places together in all three requests.
1. {PATH} =
2. Referer =
3. Host =
Though i use the option, 'Create more like this' during parameterization - the entire script is not 100% replaced with the new url, and hence it fails to run.
This leads us to creating new scripts everytime. Please let us know if there is any other method to do URL parameterization.
Note: I am using MS Dynamics CRM application. Screenshot attached.
