We just purchased a full version. How to cancel our monthly subscription?

To cancel a subscription, you need to login to your subscription management account at https://secure.plimus.com/jsp/account_login.jsp and click Cancel. The login information was included on your original order email from @plimus.com.
if you forgot your password, the login page will provide you with the instruction how to reset it.
if you cannot find the original order email, send your company name or e-mail address to our support, and the original e-mail will be resent to you.
