What are the settings needed at script level ( and if needed at Test Profile level) to make sure that
1) VUs get unique value from the datasets
2) When unique values are over, VUs come out of the test.

On your 1st question: for a VU to get a unique value from a dataset, you need to create a dataset with unique values and make sure that the dataset is large enough so VUs do not have to repeat values. Data selected from the dataset is controlled by dataset binding described here. You likely need to use VU-Iteration-Bound to select a new record for every VU on every iteration.

Regarding your 2nd question, it is not clear what your goal is. For example, if you want to run 50 iterations for each of 100 VU and every value to be unique, create a dataset with more than 5000 rows, so the test completes before you run out of the unique numbers.

Thanks. ...so there is nothing like VU comes out of test when unique data is over.

Unfortunately, there is no test completion criteria that stops the test when data runs out in a dataset.
