Token authorization for Azure/PowerApps is failing

Product: SS version 6.2 - We are using this product version for SS.
01) Created Dynamic Extractor using this blog - https://support.stresstimulus.com/display/doc62/Dynamic+Extractors
02) removed hardcoded token value and used dynamic parameter created using above step
03) We are still getting the below error
{"status":400,"source":"https://XXXX-XXX.token.azure-apim.net:443/tokens/XXX/12345/logicflows/12345/exchange%22,%22message%22:%22Error from token exchange: Bad authorization token. IDX10517: Signature validation failed. The token's kid is missing. Keys tried:
04) We validated the kid using jwt.ms the signature and "typ": "JWT", "alg": "XXXX", "x5t": "XXXX", "kid":" all are appearing correctly.
05) The property for extractor "is the extractor dynamic" is also set to true
Is there any bug in the SS version 6.2 product?
Any Suggestion or help is appreciated.
