Tests stored online or locally?

I am wondering if tests are stored online somewhere or are files only stored locally.
I am trying to find some tests that were created by a previous team.

StresStimulus saves tests locally and not online. By default, the SQL Server CE test files (.sdf) are stored in the test folder
%Documents%\Fiddler2\StresStimulus\{test name}
or in
%User%\AppData\Local\StresStimulus\SQLCE\{test name} .
The default SQL Server CE folder can be changed as described http://support.stresstimulus.com/display/doc49/Test+Result+Storage
