If I want to login with 100 + users , should I create this 100 users in CRM ->Setting>Security>Users

To load test your Dynamics CRM application with 100+ logins, you will first need to create 100+ credentials. Then you will have to create 100+ users inside dynamics described here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/create-users-assign-online-security-roles I would suggest creating the same password for every username.
Then, record your Dynamics test case scenario using the first login (let’s say user1@mycomany.com)
Once your script is ready, create a credentials dataset in StresStimulus and populate it with the Dynamics credentials you created before.
Then search the test case tree for user1@mycomany.com and create a parameter, replacing ‘user1@mycomany.com’ with the username field of the credentials dataset.
