Spin up / spin down LGs automatically from CI/CD

We have a requirement to setup CICD on our AWS machine on which we have StresStimulus installed.
We also have 10 LGs provisioned for Load Generation. However, these LGs need to be turned on and off manually.
Is there a way we can configure 2 or 3 out of these 10 LGs to spin up and spin down automatically whenever an execution is triggered via CI/CD pipeline and will StresStimulus team be able to support us in doing this setup.
