Spin up / spin down LGs automatically from CI/CD

Unregistered User Posts: 514 7/3/2022	Unregistered User Posts: 514 We have a requirement to setup CICD on our AWS machine on which we have StresStimulus installed. We also have 10 LGs provisioned for Load Generation. However, these LGs need to be turned on and off manually. Is there a way we can configure 2 or 3 out of these 10 LGs to spin up and spin down automatically whenever an execution is triggered via CI/CD pipeline and will StresStimulus team be able to support us in doing this setup.

George @StresStimulus Administrator Posts: 568 7/3/2022	George @StresStimulus Administrator Posts: 568 : It sounds like you want to provision some AWS load agents before the test starts and automatically terminate them when the test ends. This can be accomplished with AWS templates created with a wizard described here https://support.stresstimulus.com/display/doc57/AWS+Cloud+Templates You can use 7 or 8 of your already provisioned AWS load generators plus 2-3 AWS load generators created through the StresStimulus wizard described above. The LG create from the StresStimulus AWS wizard will automatically spin up / spin down whether you start test manually or automatically from CI/CD pipeline.
