Some users are emulated, but one user is not

Unregistered User Posts: 514 10/19/2017	Unregistered User Posts: 514 We are testing our product on Dynamics CRM 2016 on premise with AD authentication using 3 sets of credentials. In the results it appears that only users sqa1 and sqa2 were used to login and run the scenario. Sqa3 was never used.

George @StresStimulus Administrator Posts: 568 10/19/2017	George @StresStimulus Administrator Posts: 568 To troubleshoot why sqa3 wasn’t not used, check the following: how many virtual users are you running the test with? In order to use all authentication sqa’s you need at least 3 VUs and each VU will consume the next available row in the Authentication grid. If you use more VUs than rows in the authentication grid, then the credentials are re-used in round-robin order (http://support.stresstimulus.com/display/doc46/_Authentication). If you use Host-specific credentials, as shown below then the process is a bit more involved and I can explain if you need. Also, make sure that you enter the correct credentials for sqa3 and that this user has sufficient permissions to complete the actions that you recorded.
