Should the agent be a public IP address?

Otherwise, additional configuration on the firewall would be necessary as follows: If your agent machine is behind a firewall, then you would need to set up port forwarding on the firewall on port 49998 to the agent machine. If you want to connect to more than one agent machine on the same network, then every subsequent agent machine must listen on a different port. To change the agent listening port in the main menu Edit > Agent Options > change the listening port. Then set up port forwarding to that machine on the firewall at the specified agent listening port.
