Serial does not activate

I can’t activate using the serial number, see screenshot:

It looks like your firewall blocks access to our licensing server. In this situation, you can create and email an off-line activation request. Once we receive it, we will email you back an off-line activation license.
Here are the steps:
1. In the licensing window click the Advanced tab
2. Click the Request Offline Activation button
3. In the appeared dialog, check the box “I agree to bind StresStimulus instance to this machine”, click Save Request File and save the license request file which is a text file containing your machine's hardware fingerprints.
4. Email this file to me. I will generate and email you back your off-line activation license.
