I have recorded an application that has been set up in SSO for my account (ldivakaran0219) and the password is in encrypted format as shown in black box.
I have parameterized the password and verified the script. But still the script is not working.
Can you please suggest any other solution?

If I understand correctly, you want to parameterize login credentials in your application, and your application requires that the password be encrypted and provides such encryption.
If this is the case, then you need to parameterize the recorded encrypted password with other encrypted passwords.
If the encrypted password is static, you can create a dataset to parameterize the credentials with a column that stores the encrypted password value. Then parameterize the password with that value.
If the encrypted password is dynamic and needs to be calculated during the test, you would need to create a Scriptable variable http://support.stresstimulus.com/display/doc53/Scriptable+Variables and write the logic encrypting the password.
In either case, you would need to find out for your developers the encryption algorithm.
