After the warm-up period is over, the same set of users will be used for the actual test. This feature was discussed in this post.

This feature was developed in 3.0. After the warm-up period is over, the same set of users will be used for the actual test. All requests, pages, transactions, iterations initiated during the warm-up time, are excluded from the metrics collection, once the actual test is started.
