Replace date with today's date

I want to replace RECOREDED today's date in BODY of request with everyday's date. ..means if I ran the same script tomorrow, the recorded date of 2020-12-31 should be replaced by 2021-01-01. How do I do this?
I tried data generator but that dint do it.

You can use a Current DateTime function for this that is described here.
If you need the current date to have a specific format, it is described here.
