Recording stuck on entering credentials

During recording I am unable to pass the following step after I put my credentials.

If you used the correct credentials then the issue can be that you're connected to your web wire company proxy that requires authentication with Windows credentials. Upgrade to v4.7 that has the proxy authentication option enabled automatically.
If you do not wish to upgrade, then use the Fiddler add-on version.
Before recording your test case, in the Fiddler main menu go to Rules > Automatically Authenticate.
After that you should be able to pass authentication during test recording from the first attempt.
