I cannot get StresStimulus to record traffic from our phone app that uses SSL. There is a certificate issue even though I believe I have fiddler setup to generate the certificates.

When your client (browser or application) runs on a computer with Fiddler, then the fiddler certificate is trusted automatically (in most cases). But if your phone app runs on the mobile device, you have to make your device trust the fiddler certificate manually. The instructions are provided here:
