***The resolution was provided here for a small number of affected users ***
IF
(your active trial was initiated between Sep-3-2012 and Sep-11-2012
AND
(it restricts you from creating multiple test cases or running distributed tests with agents),
AND
(you need to evaluate the Enterprise features),
THEN
(deactivate and re-activate your key.)
This should fix the issue.
