Protocol violation errors

We noticed the following error during our tests:
[Fiddler] The socket connection <domain>.org failed. <br />ErrorCode: 10048. <br />Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted <ip address>:443
I think we are getting an unnecessary error count increase. How can we avoid this ?
