A Fix for "Could not load file or assembly System.ServiceModel" message

If, when you try to enable the Agent mode, you receive the following error:
Unhandled exception has occurred in your application If you click
Continue. the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.
li you click Quit, the application will close immediately.
Could not load file or assembly 'System.ServiceModel,
Version=3. 0.0.0. Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=b77d5c561334e089 or one of its dependencies. The
system cannot find the file specified.

To fix it, run these two command lines:
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_regiis.exe -iru
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -iru
