In my tests I build custom network speeds some 4g, 3G, DSL.
How do you emulation various speeds?

StresStimulus uses the Fiddler model of network emulation. It simply introduces a time delay for the upload and download traffic that corresponds to the emulated bandwidth. The request-trickle-delay and response-trickle-delay parameters are adjusted to reflect necessary delay. There are a number of blogs that discuss this model, for example
