Maximum how many users that i can run from my local machine with StresStimulus.

There are many factors that determine how many VUs a local machine can support. Some factors are machine dependent, such as CPU and memory. Other factors are test related, such as think time and requests/s.
The best way to determine the answer to your question is to do trial and error. Run a test with a few hundred VUs and keep an eye on the health monitor as described http://support.stresstimulus.com/display/doc50/Monitoring+the+Test
If the test runs fine then you can increase the number of VUs and run another test, or decrease the number of VUs if your machine is overloaded.
