I setup the load test for 10 minutes, but it executes continuously after 10 minutes. After I click stop, it still cannot stop and generate report. I am sure the port is working and the agent can collect data.

The test duration is determined by a two-step algorithm described here http://support.stresstimulus.com/display/doc46/Test-Duration After 10 minutes, your test continues to run because there are some pending requests have not completed. If you want to stop the test after 10 minutes without waiting for started iterations to complete, then set the property “after the time elapsed “ to “stop the test”, as described here http://support.stresstimulus.com/display/doc46/Run+Duration Also, after test stops and displays the green wait icon, it needs some time to save the data and complete calculations. Your test is pretty sizable and renders more than 980k requests, so you may take a few steps to configure the test result storage more optimally as described here http://support.stresstimulus.com/display/doc46/Test+Result+Storage For example, set “purge request/response bodies” to “non-errors”. Or set “how much data to store” to Partial. Or use full SQL Server instead of SQL CE.
