Is the licence is per machine or per person?
Can you please confirm what are the conditions of the licence and how do others who log onto this machine run Stress Stimulus with this licence?

The license is per machine and not per user. However, to make it work for all user profiles, the license should be accessible to all users.
If the license in the user scripts folder (%My Documents%\Fiddler2\Scripts), it has to be moved to the StresStimulus install directory (by default %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Stimulus Technology\StresStimulus).
However, only one concurrent user would be able to use StresStimulus at the same time.
