We need clarification regarding the batch jobs. Is it possible to do performance testing for batch jobs in D365 F&O?

StresStimulus tests can be launched from a batch job/process using the StresStimulus command-line interface that is described here https://support.stresstimulus.com/display/doc58/Command+line+interface+for+Standalone+version.
