Under Network Type, can you set Latency packet loss?

Network upstream and downstream can be set up as described http://support.stresstimulus.com/display/doc51/Network+Settings You can setup upload and download bandwidth limit in Kbps. You can convert Latency to bandwidth based on the payload size.
