Iterations are getting failed without request fail

During load test executions, i see that the iterations are getting failed. But there is no failure on the requests. In what cases will this happen?
Meaning in Iterations failed, the value is 28, but in errors the value is 0.

According to the screenshot, transaction 14.GenerateReports had 28 iterations where at least one error was recorded. Also as displayed in the Test Progress area on the left your test run has 30 errors

Errors are displayed in the Error View at the end of the test, which shows request numbers, error description, VU number, and iteration number where the error happened.

Not sure what you are referring to regarding the value of the error is 0.

The below is the results table post execution. The highlighted column has Iterations failed as 630, but Errors as 0.
Even in the errors view, there is nothing related to this scenario.

An iteration can fail for multiple reasons, not necessarily because of a request failure. For example, if you are using a Loop or Do…While and set the property Action on loop completion after max. repeats to Abort iteration, then an iteration will fail if the loop does not satisfy the terminating condition.
