I am primarily using Stress Stimulus to test RESTful web services. Can I parameterize the web service request values? For example, token received from one service, feed as request parameter in another service?

Yes, you can parameterize web service requests using values from the previous responses. To do so you need to (1) define an extractor and (2) use it to set a parameterization rule, as  it is described in the items 1-6 of this post http://www.stresstimulus.com/blog/post/what-s-new-in-v1-5-part-2-extractors-and-parameterization
