Installed Root Certificate Name & how remove it?

What is the name of the root certificate that StresStimulus / Fiddler installed?
How do I ensure that StresStimulus uninstall has removed it, especially since uninstall does not seem to let me checkmark the option to uninstall Fiddler?

The name of the Fiddler root certificate is DO_NOT_TRUST_FiddlerRoot.
To uninstall Fiddler open Control Panel > Uninstall a Program > Select Fiddler
Fiddler uninstaller does not remove the certificate, and it has to be removed manually as follows:
Open Internet Explorer > Main menu > Tools > Internet Options > Content Tab > Certificates button > Trusted Root Certification Authorities tab > Delete the certificate mentioned above.
The name of StresStimulus root certificate is StresStimulus Recording Root Certificate II. Its removal steps are the same as for Fiddler certificate.
