It seems like you are using roaming profiles on this machine. Because StresStimulus v1.2 installs to your My Documents folder, the roaming profile may cause a security issue with the installer.
We changed this design in v1.5 (presently in beta) that installs StresStimulus to the Program Files folder for more reliable installation.
V.1.5 also has more than 2-dozen other improvements such as health monitor, auto-verify, extractors, parameterization control, etc. The release notes starts here. v1.5 beta is available for download here.
