How to replace the value w/multiple data generator

I am trying to use multiple data generators to replace one value in the request, but I am unable to select multiple. I highlighted the value I want to replace, right clicked and trying to select multiple Data Generators from the list but for some reason I could only replace with one value. Could you please let me know how can I replace the value with multiple data generators.
