How to maintain different Work load model

If i have 5 scenarios. I need to maintain the following 2 work load models.
Model 1:
Scn1 - 2 users
Scn2 -2 users
Scn3 - 4 users
Scn4 - 3 users
Scn5 - 4 users
Model2:
Scn1 - 20 users
Scn2 -20 users
Scn3 - 10 users
Scn4 - 10users
Scn5 - 20users
Currently there is no option to maintain 2 models simultaneously.
