Can I configure stress stimulus to determine how long each page on our site takes to load and to record page as a fail when it takes longer than 6 seconds to load?

Yes, when you run your test you will see detailed statistics about every page response time such as maximum, minimum, average, and percentiles (90%, 95%, and 99%) http://support.stresstimulus.com/display/doc48/Page+Details

Additionally, you can set up a page maximum allowed response time, called page goal, in your case it will be 6 seconds. You can set a single default goal for all pages, or set individual page goals http://support.stresstimulus.com/display/doc48/Page+Goal
During the test run, you can monitor page goal misses which appear as red crosses on the real-time Page graphs http://support.stresstimulus.com/display/doc48/Graphing+Threshold+Violations

You can also set up a threshold limit for missed page goals, for example, 1%, as shown on my screenshot in the previous email below. When the percentage of pages that missed the goal exceeds this limit, your test will fail.
