How to configure a test with 2 scripts

Could you please share the information how to build this scenario when I perform a load test for 1hr duration.
Script 1 should run for 1 hr -5Vusers-1user with every 15mins
Script 2 also run for 1 hr-5Vusers-1user with every 15mins
Script should run only 10 iterations on 1hr.- 5Vusers -1user with 15mins

It sounds like you want to run a step load test with 2 test cases with 10VUs for 1 hour.
Here are the settings:
First set the load pattern to step load starting with 2VU and increase by 2 every 900 seconds (15 minutes) until reached 10 the following:
Since you have 2 test cases with the same number of VUs, set the mix weight of both test cases to 1
Finally, since you want a maximum of 10 iterations for each test case, set the Maximum iterations property of each test case to 10 as described https://support.stresstimulus.com/display/doc54/Multiple+Test+Cases+Advanced
