Feature request. Ability to activate/deact license

Hi,
For performance test automation I have various pipelines Running SS performance tests across various CI/CD build releases.
Having limited Controller licenses means I have to manually deactivate the license on the host in pipeline A and and activate it on the host in pipeline B before testing can commence.
This kills automation as it requires human intervention between build pipelines in order to use StresStimulus.
We need the ability to activate and deactivate the license via commandline so we can fully automate the StresStimulus performance tests in our pipelines.
