Failed to connect to the database Error

We are getting the error “Failed to connect to the database” as per the attached screenshot. This happens once we start the load test with StresStimulus.
It was working fine before a couple of days.

SQL CE 3.5 is not installed on this machine.
The best way to solve this issue is to reinstall StresStimulus this machine, which will automatically install SQL CE 3.5.
After you reinstall, you should see the following two entries inside Uninstall Programs in Control Panel.
