"External Report" Grayed Out or Unavailable

Hi all,
I am new to StresStimulus as a load bearing tool, so please bear with me here if this is a simple question.
I am just looking to export my results from the tests I build, but the "External Report" button is grayed out every time. It doesn't matter if I write a new test, or open one I've written before, it is simply not capable of being used.
I do have an active license that I have entered and that allows me access to StresStimulus just fine except for this one feature.
If anyone had any ideas on how to make it usable, that would be awesome.

Hi Corissa,
External Reports feature is available in Enterprise and Service Provider editions http://www.stresstimulus.com/load-testing-tool/editions If you have Pro edition, then this option will be grayed out.
However, you can export most of the data from StresStimulus performance analyzer. To export any of the detailed views, hit Ctrl+A to select all grid rows, hit Ctrl+C to copy to the clipboard, open Excel and hit Ctrl+V to paste the rows. Also, performance graphs have an export option on right-mouse-click.
