Export Dynamic data from the response after test

In tests we are running each time we start a run a new application ID is generated.
Using the extractor functionality, we can find this id.
All we want with this id is to keep a record of it, so we can check individual runs.
Is there a way to export this ID after a test run to the likes of a csv file?
If it is not possible to export this value out is it possible for the value of the ID be added to an existing Data?
