Errors during the load test but not while verifyin

I am getting errors during the load test and not while verifying.
I compared the requests during the load test and during the verify, and everything is fine ( new cookie and new token) in both of them but still it fails during load test ..can you think of anything that can be causing this.
Error code is 500
