Error: socket connection failed

We are getting the following error in Fiddler:
[Fiddler] The socket connection <domain>.org failed. <br />ErrorCode: 10048. <br />Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted <ip address>:443
Please help

It looks like there is another process on your machine that is listening on the same port as fiddler is. Stop the process or change the Fiddler port as shown in these two sources:
