Correlation question

In one of my script, script autocorrelated a parameter and also replaced the right parameter with correlated value but it missed one place. Why is that?

This behavior is expected. While autocorrelation creates the majority of required extractors, it can miss some. In this case, you need to apply the manual correlation technique.
