Compare cold start to warm start result

It was mentioned that server caching plays a part in the outcome (i.e. running when the server is cold- little to no cache being utilized).
Could you give some insight as to what the tool does to help this? Is there a way to compare a "cold start" to a "warm start" on the tool itself, by any chance, or something similar?
