We are facing the issue while recording: the chrome browser option is not available in web browser section under reordering source tab. How to address it?

If Chrome is installed, then there is likely an issue with installation integrity. Here’s how to troubleshoot it:
The list of installed browsers must be in the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Clients\StartMenuInternet as described https://stackoverflow.com/questions/43633190/getting-a-list-of-installed-browsers-on-the-computer
Check if Chrome entry is there. If it is missing, then try reinstalling Chrome.
